Anyway, I loved “Reunion” because it basically confirmed the fandom’s characterization of Jesse McCree: badass of course, but charming, jovial, heroic, and even kind and tender (“welcome back, pardner.”)

There’s a lot packed into that short: him tipping BOB’s hat (“no hard feelings”), him helping Echo out of her lil suitcase (so fucking gentlemanly I raised him right), the whole fact of him risking his life to help the cause in any way he can (“they want me, they need you”)

Also, his little “whatever” after fixing himself and calling Winston a scientist: what a poet
